I was taking Ambien for sleep, but a neurologist diagnosed me with memory loss (Alzheimer's disease) and advised me to stop taking Ambien due to potential brain damage. I have tried ZzzQuil without success. Can you suggest alternative sleep medications I can try, considering I am allergic to penicillin and sulphuric, and I take hydrocodone for back pain, atorvastatin, and levothyroxine?

I would like to know how I can cleanse my body. Any advice? I don't have major health issues, but I sometimes throw my back out and have headaches once or twice a month. My blood work is normal, and I take vitamins and take care of myself.
