What should I do if I think I got food poisoning from Chipotle on Thursday? I was nauseated and vomited two hours after eating. I'm feeling a bit weak today. I drank some Kefir and Ginger Ale all day Friday and today I had Lentil soup. I am kind of pre-diabetic and taking Metformin. I haven't seen a doctor yet and am taking Lisinipril and Metformin. I just had a complete physical with lab work and everything was okay. I am concerned because I am having guests tomorrow, one of whom just finished chemotherapy and I don't want to compromise her system.

Could bloody mucus on stool be caused by hemorrhoids? I had this happen to me yesterday, and it scared me a lot. Wondering if it could be anything serious, especially since I had a colonoscopy in April 2017 that only showed hemorrhoids. Could I have developed Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis since then?
