I am experiencing a severe cluster headache cycle that has been ongoing for 4 weeks, occurring every 5 to 6 hours daily. I have a history of these cycles occurring every 3 years, starting in 2004, but this is the worst one. I have medical insurance through Humana National POS Open Access but do not have a primary care physician. Do I need a referral to see a neurologist, and if so, how can I obtain one?

I am seeking a second opinion on my symptoms, which include an enlarged painless node, mouth ulcer, black spot, severe joint pains in the elbow, knee, and ankle, throbbing sharp pain on the side of the neck, and muscle aches. My exposure was receiving a happy ending massage with nipple sucking and finger/knuckle cracking. I had a negative HIV Duo Test at 28 days, negative Gonorrhea and Chlamydia tests four days after exposure, and my doctor found bacteria in my urine and prescribed cipro. Could I have contracted an STD, and how accurate is the HIV test at 28 days?

I have a dry chronic cough for the last month. I take cetirizine 10 mg daily, montelukast 10 mg daily, propranolol hcl 40 mg twice daily, and Simvastatin 20 mg daily. Can any of these medications have a side effect that could be responsible for my coughing? I have seen a doctor and had a chest x-ray, but I am still awaiting the results. I am also wondering if my recent low red blood cell count could be related to the cough.

My boyfriend had trail-like white stains on his underwear. Our sex life has stopped for the last month, and I'm worried he may be cheating as we had a very active sex life. I only noticed the staining once and am not aware if he has used any medication for it. He hasn't seen a doctor about the staining and mentioned that he didn't want me catching a virus, which is why we are not having sex. He is also waiting on results of blood sugar tests and to have them repeated.
