Can HIV survive in any drinks, and is there a risk of transmission if a clerk with HIV accidentally drops blood into a beverage and it is consumed by someone with a bleeding cut in their mouth?

I have ETD (Eustachian Tube Dysfunction) in my left ear, which caused aching. The doctor diagnosed inflammation in the tube with an inward-sucked eardrum and suggested a steroid shot, which I declined in favor of Flonase. Symptoms resolved, but I've noticed occasional aches and reduced Flonase usage from 2 sprays to 1 spray per nostril after a week. Recently, I increased back to 2 sprays. Is it okay to use 2 sprays per nostril? Additionally, I think my hearing is slightly better in my non-ETD ear. Is this normal? My ETD first occurred 5 years ago after flying with a cold, and an ENT found everything normal. I'm now focusing on my ears more and notice a slight difference in hearing, which might have always been there. Allergy testing showed high grass pollen and ragweed sensitivity, but allergy shots have helped.

What does it mean if my urinalysis report shows A>=5 in the protein section, and could this indicate kidney problems?

I have bouts of pancreatic pain due to a medical procedure where a stint was put in my pancreatic duct. The pain is now severe, lasting 12 hours with muscle spasms and sometimes vomiting. I was told by experts that there is no cure or relief other than hospitalization and IV feedings. Do high-grade pancreatic enzymes taken with meals help at all?

I have been experiencing persistent pain in my right side (ribcage) and sometimes thoracic back pain since mid-November. The pain worsens when lying down and can cause muscle spasms and sudden sharp pains when moving. I have also recently developed headaches and shoulder pain. My standard X-ray and blood tests showed no alarming issues, but the pain is not improving and seems to be getting worse. What could be causing this pain, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I just had intercourse and now I'm bleeding bright red, which isn't my period as I had it about 2 weeks ago. I took Plan B a week ago. I had my last pap test in November 2019, where I was diagnosed with HPV and BV, but the BV has been cleared. I also took a test for cervical cancer, which came back negative. What could be causing the bleeding, and how can I predict my ovulation time if my periods are irregular?
