Received Brain MRI results today. Findings of an Osseous lesion measuring 22x9mm on the right parietal calvarium and another lesion measuring 6mm on the left parietal calvarium. I am very concerned. Should I be? What additional tests should I consider, and what could these lesions indicate?

I broke my calcaneus with a comminutive fracture as well as my fibula. When it healed, I stepped down too early and flattened my heel, causing nerve pinching. Is there any procedure to correct the space in my ankle?
