I have been experiencing ongoing stomach discomfort, including small pinches and occasional acid reflux, despite having GERD two months ago. I am 23 years old and not currently on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I just got my yearly blood tests done and my vitamin D level is a little low. My doctor prescribed me D3 and told me to take 1000 IU per day. I read that too much D3 can cause cancer. How much is too much and does that figure include dietary D3? Additionally, in the last year, I have had a head CT, three head X-rays, and I tend to use my cell phone a lot. I know cell phones emit radiation, and given the number of X-rays I've had, I'm worried about my risk of a brain tumor. What is my risk of a brain tumor?

My father, who was recently discharged from the hospital/ICU with COVID, has provided lab results. His WBC is 14.5 (5-9), RBC is 4.58 (4.5-5.5), HGB is 13.3, HCT is 39% (40.5-49.5), MCV is 85.2 (85-96), MCH is 29.2 (28-33), MCHC is 34.2 (32-36), RDW is 13.4 (11.5-14.5), PLT is 422 (150-400), MPV is 8.6 (5-11), Neutrophile is 89% (50.00-68.0), Lymphocyte is 6.9% (18.0-45), Monocyte is 3.6 (2-11.0), Eosinophil is 0.5 (0-5), Basophil is 0.1 (0-2), Abs neutrophil is 12.9 (2.5-.6.2), Troponin is 72 (0-15), and Ejection fraction is 55%. He also has mild tricuspid valve regurgitation. His O2 saturation is 91% on 4L of oxygen via nasal cannula. He has been coughing less and has less mucus, but his O2 drops to 88% during spirometer use. He was also diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency and hypertension during hospitalization. What do these lab results indicate, and what should we do for his ongoing recovery and potential vitamin D deficiency and hypertension?
