Sometimes when my left nasal passage is even slightly stuffed, I get dizzy and my mental state becomes somewhat slowed. This has been happening for over a year and is resolved by thoroughly blowing my nose. I recently had a tumor removed from my nasal passage. Is there any explanation for why this might be happening?
