I have some blood work results I wanted to get an opinion on. The reason for getting the bloodwork done was due to symptoms of depression, lack of sex drive, loss of strength/muscle density, lack of motivation, and frequently feeling tired, especially in the afternoon. These symptoms have been gradually increasing over time. My progesterone levels are abnormal, and my testosterone and estradiol levels are low. What could be causing these hormone imbalances and how should I address them?

I've had symptoms of an anal fissure for 5 months. The pain during a bowel movement has improved, but the intense pain after a bowel movement lasts for about 8 hours each time, making it difficult to work or sleep. The pain is on the left side, which seems unusual. I had a colonoscopy a couple of months ago that was clear, but the doctor didn't see the fissure. Should I continue treatment, or is there a possibility of a more serious underlying cause? How typical is this pain for a standard chronic fissure?
