Can you prescribe Cialis for me?

I had a drug screen test for a job that came back positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine, but I do not use drugs. I take several prescription medications for anxiety and depression, including Xanax, Klonopin, trazodone, nortriptyline, Zoloft, Baclofen, and Hydroxyzine. Can any of these medications cause a false positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine?

I had three vaccines (hepA, typhoid, DTP, and yellow fever) 20 days ago and started taking malaria tablets 2 days before my trip to South Africa. After two days, I felt a massive supraclavicular lymph node on my left side. I immediately started antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication, and the node reduced in size. It's been eleven days, and the lymph node is now the size of a small pea. My boyfriend, a surgeon, says it's soft, mobile, and shrinking, indicating inflammation. I'm still scared and wondering if this could be related to my malaria medication or the vaccines.

I think I might have allergies. I sometimes wake up with mucus in the back of my throat and it’s really annoying. I don’t sneeze ever though or itch or anything else. I’ve tried taking allergy pills and Flonase but they make me feel horrible. Any solutions?

I have been diagnosed with an iron deficiency and low B12 levels. I am experiencing faintness and falling to the ground, especially during my heavy periods. Should I take iron tablets during my period, and will taking iron and B12 supplements together be beneficial?
