I have a kidney cyst that was noticed 17 years ago and again on an abdominal ultrasound. I've been experiencing anxiety about it and want to know if it's harmless, if it can turn into cancer, if there's anything I need to do to get rid of it, and if it could be related to a more serious condition like PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease).

My 34-year-old son has had nipple discharge since middle school, which comes and goes and only occurs when he punches very hard. He has no odor associated with the discharge and no lumps. I have been experiencing fatigue, mild body aches, a low-grade fever (99.2°F), post nasal drip, and a minor dry cough. I am 48 years old, have a mild headache off and on, and no sore throat or dizziness. I am taking Protonix and diltiazem. Additionally, I injured my leg two weeks ago and it still has a bump. Could these symptoms be related, and what should I do for my current condition?

I have a question regarding my stent and my left subclavian artery. I had a stent placed in 2014 due to subclavian steal syndrome. Recently, my family doctor found that my stent might be blocked, as my blood pressure readings and pulse in my left arm are significantly different from my right arm. I also have symptoms such as difficulty walking, blood in my urine, and severe migraines that have lasted for almost 3 weeks. I want to know if a blocked stent in the left subclavian artery can cause renal blockage and if the stent can be replaced.
