Can mucus or other objects get trapped in the tonsils, and if so, what is the easiest way to remove them? I have had a cold and it feels like postnasal drip in my tonsil, not the back of my throat. I've been clearing my throat and drinking lots of water, but it doesn't seem to help.

Is it normal during pregnancy for a hot or warm shower to make me really dizzy? Every morning I take a hot or warm shower and I get overheated and my chest feels tight, and my heart rate gets really high. This feeling usually lasts for at least an hour after getting out of the shower.
