I have experienced blister-like bumps on the glans of my penis twice, over a year apart. Both times, the blisters were painless, healed quickly, and did not ulcerate. I have been tested for STDs, including herpes, and all results were negative. My dermatologist diagnosed it as psoriasis based on the presentation. Could herpes present differently each time, and could psoriasis change in appearance? Additionally, what causes herpes to ulcerate, and is it common for scabs to appear and become slightly red due to healing?

Why do doctors only check sentinel lymph nodes to determine if breast cancer has spread, and not also check for spread to bones or other distant organs like the brain, even if the lymph nodes are negative?

I had a Botox procedure recently, but I'm concerned that it was not done in a proper sterile environment. The vial was not sealed, and the Botox was obviously reused. I'm worried about the possibility of blood-borne viruses, especially Hepatitis C, surviving in the Botulinum toxin solution. What are the chances of this happening?
