I have stopped using marijuana and sleeping pills for sleep, but now I wake up at least once a night to pee, my sleep duration has reduced to 7-8 hours, and occasionally I wake up after 5 hours and can't fall back to sleep. My sleep schedule is different from the normal pattern due to my partner's time zone. I also have insulin resistance, which I keep under control, and I'm concerned about my kidneys. Why has this problem occurred after I started sleeping naturally, and what can I do about it?

I’m extremely thirsty, have bad ringing in the ears, tired but not tired, can’t sleep, have a dry mouth, sore neck, pins and needles in hands and feet, and very blocked ears. How long have you had the tiredness? Is this stable or getting worse? How’s your appetite? Any pain in your head, joints, or muscles? What are all the medications you’re currently using, either for the tiredness or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I've been feeling run-down and had some tender/achy skin on my right side, along with reflux and diarrhea. My primary doctor recommended starting Valtrex for potential shingles, but now I have a faint red pinprick rash all over my stomach. Am I allergic to the Valtrex, and what should I do about the potential shingles? Additionally, I'm concerned about the skin sensitivity on my side and whether it could be related to a pinched nerve or other internal issues like liver, gall bladder, or pancreas problems.
