I am experiencing severe foot pain for the last 4-5 days, which started as soon as my feet touch the floor. I have also noticed some swelling in my ankles. I have a history of high blood pressure and am taking Amlodipine Besylate 5mg, Lisinopril 40mg, and Atenolol 25mg for it. What could be causing this foot pain and swelling, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I'm experiencing a burning sensation in the top of my head, occasional blurred vision in my left eye, left-sided jaw and tooth pain, pressure in my face, and numbness on the left side of my throat when swallowing. I started feeling these symptoms yesterday around 6 pm. I also have a history of sinus and allergy problems, including asthma, and recently had a sinus infection treated with a steroid shot and antibiotics. I had a septoplasty last July and there is a family history of heart disease and stroke. Could these symptoms be related to my sinus infection or are they signs of a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)?

How likely is it for a virus to cause night sweats hours after infection or exposure, and can my body react that fast to a viral exposure/infection?
