I haven’t had an actual period since August 11, 2020. I’ve occasionally spotted a few times between then and a couple months ago. Until Tuesday night I had light bright red bleeding and then it got heavy with really bad cramps and lower back pain. I don’t know what I should do. I’m not sure if it’s just a regular heavy rough period or if it’s something else. There’s little clots and like a discharge type when I wipe. I was on birth control for a long time so I didn’t have one and then I’ve been off of it for like a year so this go around it’s new. I had a csection 4 years ago but no ma’am.
