I have been experiencing extreme dizziness, headaches, fatigue, nausea, and ear ringing for about a month. My headaches are sharp and throbbing, located at the top and back of my head. I recently went through a severe anti-depressant withdrawal and am currently dealing with severe depression, anxiety, and a lack of appetite.
