I also had an embryo transfer in November 2020 which didn't take, and I got pregnant naturally afterward. What should I do to regulate my period and increase my chances of getting pregnant?

I got eye filler six weeks ago and still have bruising. The bruise seems to be getting worse. I am 40 years old, take medications for depression/anxiety and birth control, and use arnica on the bruise. I also take a collagen supplement, vitamin E, and fish oil. I had jaw surgery in May. Is this prolonged bruising normal, and should I stop taking vitamin E and fish oil?
