Do you think you can tell me if I have stress cardiomyopathy? I've been under stress for a few months due to a relationship issue, and this morning my heart rate was 144 bpm. I also feel very weak and depressed. Is there a thing called stress cardiomyopathy?

Do I have palmar erythema? My hands have been unusually red for the last month or two, and I've been heavily drinking since I was 21. I'm 24 years old, 6'0, 250 lbs, and have prehypertension. My last drinking session was from Sunday to Wednesday with a total of 42 beers.

When I laugh, cough, or blow my nose, it always pops to the right of my belly button but a little further up. It doesn't hurt, but it's weird and discomforting. What is it, and does anyone know?

I received the flu shot and the pneumonia shot today, and now my whole shoulder is in a lot of pain, very hard to move, and the pain has even gone to my armpit. I also have a fever of 100.5, a headache, and cold chills. Is this normal?
