I am always exhausted, especially after a couple of hours in the morning, and am having a hard time focusing my eyes. My tiredness and eye focusing issues are getting worse. I am 55 years old, no medications other than Aleve for a bad knee, and my blood pressure is always within the normal range. I have hypothyroidism but it has never affected me like this. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I woke up last night with my heart racing, but I was able to go back to sleep pretty quickly. I vape, used to be an alcoholic but don't drink anymore, and I'm trying to stop vaping now. My pressure was in the 180s and now has been staying in the 120s, and I feel much better. Can I get a prescription without going to the doctor's office?
