I received an ECG that said left atrial enlargement but the doctor never addressed it. What could it mean, and could COVID-19 have caused an enlarged atrium?

High sensitivity-CRP is at 23.4 mg/L (normal is below 4.8 mg/L). Should I be concerned about my heart? Or since I was also diagnosed with bilateral Achilles tendonitis and unilateral plantar fasciitis and possibly an additional soft tissue injury (still need to go for ultrasound) which causes pain and swelling in both feet--could these injuries be causing the increase? Also, other bloodwork (without taking any anti-inflammatory medications): ESR 36 mm/hr (normal 2-30), Nuclear ab (RF) 11 kUL (positive is indicated at above 28kUL), normal cholesterol ratio (HDL:LDL) and blood pressure (120/84).

I've been told that my 2-year-old daughter tested positive for some sort of illegal substance, but all my hair tests and UA's have been negative. How is that possible if she's not gotten into anything or been around it?

I already got the Pfizer two-shot vaccine for Covid-19 in May of last year. I am planning to undergo IVF to get pregnant in about three months. Should I get the Pfizer booster shot? Does it have any negative effects on pregnant women/embryo/fetus, or would it affect the success of IVF in any way?
