Can I send a photo of something on my hand? It might be a rainwater blister or a spider bite. I don't know what it is, but it has pus and has been very painful, itchy, and causing fever, weakness, and nausea for about 10 days. I don't have insurance and haven't used any medication for this.

I have had an MRI which shows frontoparietal volume loss, which appears excessive for my age. I am 74 years old. Does this mean I will get dementia, and if so, how long before it gets bad? I have slight short-term and long-term memory loss and am taking medication for depression (Lexapro, Ativan, and Olanzapine). My doctor didn't seem overly concerned, but I have been referred to a neurologist.

I have a scheduled circumcision surgery tomorrow due to phimosis, but I recently learned about preputioplasty and want to know if I am a viable candidate. My phimosis does not cause any health problems, and I prefer to keep my foreskin. What are my options, and can the doctor performing the circumcision also do a preputioplasty or a dorsal slit instead?

My 18-year-old son was assaulted on holiday with a headbutt to his face. His cheek was swollen, and he has had numbness from his lower eye, side of his nose down to his upper lip since then. The swelling has reduced, but he feels fluid moving when he presses it and gets blood when he clears his throat or blows his nose. What could be the cause of these symptoms, and what should we do?
