Does one dose of Pfizer vaccine prevent death and hospitalization? I had my first dose of Pfizer two months ago and felt very ill afterward for a few days. I never went back and got my second dose. Is it too late to go and get the second dose for it to be effective?

I had a potential HIV exposure on December 31 last year through sexual contact with an escort, where a condom was used but may have broken. I have experienced various symptoms such as weakness in legs, pains in legs or hands, and other body parts randomly, along with sinus-like pains, random teeth pain, headaches, GERD-related throat burn, and tingling or numbness in legs and hands. I have had multiple 4th generation HIV tests at day 16, 41, 42, 52, and 94, all negative. I am concerned about delayed seroconversion, HIV clade B type causing a missed infection, or a possible coinfection with Hepatitis C. What should I do?
