Dr. Love, I'm concerned that the surgeon didn't remove the second pocket of lymph nodes and that my lobular cancer was dividing too slowly for the chemo. Do you think radiation can effectively treat slower-dividing cancers like lobular, and will the AI treatments work to catch any missed cancer cells?

I'm experiencing a pulsating, pounding, or throbbing sensation in my ears that seems to be caused by pressure. It's reasonably regular in rhythm and has been occurring at irregular intervals, often associated with being too hot or dehydrated. Recently, it has been present almost constantly. What could be causing this and should I be concerned about potential heart-related issues?

Dr. Stan, my mom has had 1 Lucentis injection for AMD, and an eye scan revealed that the peripheral portion of the scarring is dissolving and the overall area of damage has shrunk. The inflammation has also reduced significantly. Given this improvement, do you think she needs only one more injection or does she need a longer-term treatment? Will the scar keep dissolving?

Ever heard of Serrapeptase? It's a silkworm enzyme that eats scar tissue, helps inflammation, good for the heart, quickens post-op healing & amount of days in pain. Also, SNF is talking Hospice for lung scarring. SNF says lower altitude won't help, yet won't say he's terminal or critical. I want to believe 6200 ft. altitude isn't helping his breathing & lower altitude is the only thing I can personally do for him. His pulmonologist said ignore the Hospice comment & thinks the lower altitude will help. Had a stroke July 2010 & 3 heart attacks in the last 24 years. CBAG X4 22 yrs. ago, age 44. Any tips on getting him to a lower altitude?

I accidentally got cream cheese under my nose and it's impossible to remove with water alone. How can I get rid of it without using soap, and am I at risk of inhaling germs from the potentially spoiled food?

Dr. Love, I'm concerned that the surgeon didn't remove the second pocket of lymph nodes and I don't trust radiation on lobular cancer because it was dividing too slowly for the chemo. Do you think radiation picks up slower dividing cancers than chemo does, and can AI's kill cancer in the lymph nodes?
