I have been experiencing pain in my right shoulder, particularly in the front and top of the deltoid, which worsens during bench pressing and when bending my arm across my chest. Can probiotics make your mental health worse? I had diarrhea for almost 3 weeks while taking them and felt horrible. I stopped 5 days ago but am still not feeling great. I also experienced increased anxiety, depression, and shakiness, which I initially thought were due to an increased dose of my antidepressant, venlaflaxine, but realized the diarrhea was likely due to the probiotics. How long does it usually take for the gut to return to normal after stopping probiotics, and could the probiotic or diarrhea have temporarily affected the effectiveness of my increased antidepressant dose?

I have a constant, dry cough with chest tightness due to asthma, and I've taken over 20 inhaler puffs today.
