I had to take an ETG test at 5 pm yesterday. I ate a bite of tiramisu on Friday night at 9 pm and now I am concerned. Will I fail the test? Additionally, will starting an anti-anxiety medication in a few days affect a breathalyzer test in two weeks? What about if I have acid reflux or heartburn? Will that create alcohol in my body, and will taking Tums tonight affect a breathalyzer test in ten days?

I have suffered from severe neck and back pain for 10 years due to disc-related issues, having undergone 4 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery. I stopped taking Norco 1 1/2 years ago and have since tried various treatments including pain doctor shots, physical therapy, and medications like Gabapentin, but none have provided significant relief. My pain is constant, sharp, and stabbing, and I am currently using a walker and cane. I am seeking suggestions for managing my chronic pain effectively.
