My son is 10 years old and has had a fever since yesterday. He is also experiencing vomiting, coughing, and a blocked nose. His breathing is normal, and he does not have asthma. He vomited three times in the last six hours but can still take food orally. He does not have any rashes, but his mother has the flu, and his brother has a cough. He also mentioned feeling like he is spinning.

I have had a persistent, worsening cough for three weeks, accompanied by a sore throat, congestion, and a mostly dry, bark-like cough. I have been using cold and flu pills, and I am 29 years old with no significant medical history. I experienced fever and chills initially but not currently. I have slight shortness of breath during exercise and clear phlegm from my throat, but green and orange from my nose. Could this be bacterial pneumonia, bronchitis, or adult croup, and what should I do?

I have had flu-like symptoms since Monday and have woken with pain in the right side of my chest which is shifting around a bit. It travels to under my arm and side and back to the chest. The pain is constant for around 10 minutes but not in the same spot. It is achy and making me want to breathe shallowly. I am 60 years old, and the pain is deep and dull but achy. I had a similar chest infection a few months ago which came with asthma-like symptoms. What could be causing this pain and should I be concerned?
