Every time I eat something, I get an upset stomach and sometimes a headache that goes away with ibuprofen. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 70 years old and have been experiencing a persistent cough, chest pains, high white blood cell count, low blood pressure, and pain under the left rib cage for the past 5 weeks. I have been hospitalized, undergone bronchoscopy and gastroscopy, and taken new blood tests, but the symptoms remain unchanged. I was told I have a bacterial infection. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should I pursue?

3-4 days ago I started to have 4-5 small bowel movements from 6am until about noon. Stomach is quite painful/upset until I have a movement. After noon I am usually back to my old self. I have stopped eating bananas with this--my body says do not swallow --very odd--usually I eat 2-3 bananas per day. I generally eat quite a healthy diet--fish, chicken, brown rice, quinoa, lots of water, fruit and veggies--3-4 drinks per week. What are your thoughts regarding the cause and suggestions for moving forward to tackle this issue?

Two weeks ago, I wore high heels to church, which is unusual for me as I usually wear flats or low heels. That afternoon, my knee started having episodes of feeling like it was slipping. I also have tendonitis in my wrist/forearm and have been diagnosed with PBC (primary biliary cirrhosis) two years ago. I've been experiencing extreme tiredness, difficulty focusing, and body aches. Could these issues be related and part of a bigger problem, possibly another autoimmune disease?
