I have been experiencing a mild stinging sensation during and after urination, along with a feeling of retaining urine and small amounts of urine dripping out afterward. I have also noticed some redness and a white area at the opening of the penis, which is sore when touched. Could these symptoms be related to psychological factors, poor hygiene, or physical irritation from retracting the foreskin too much while urinating? Is it possible that these symptoms are being exacerbated by not drinking enough water and over-focusing on the sensations?

My wife, 63 years old, has been experiencing memory loss and has been diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome due to two concussions. Her memory loss is getting slightly worse, and she is using Adderall and Membrin supplements. I just started prednisone for skin issues, but it's making my anxiety and depression worse. I'm taking 20 mg a day for 7 days and then 10 mg for 7 days. Can I stop it abruptly, and is there anything I can do to mitigate the side effects?
