For about a month, I've been experiencing symptoms in my throat, jaw, and ears, including a heavy feeling in the lymph nodes of the jaw, a dry and slightly painful throat, full ears, and occasional sharp pain in the throat when burping. My throat looks a bit red on the right side, and I sometimes feel like I have to clear my throat or experience a slight post-nasal drip. I don't have nasal congestion or itchy eyes. I've been exposed to a lot of dust while cleaning my house. Do you think this sounds like allergies, an infection, GERD, or something else? Do I need more diagnostic testing? Should I be concerned about throat cancer?
