For the last few months, I've noticed that when I eat certain foods, my skin suddenly feels abnormally soft, warm, and almost sticky-greasy. Additionally, I've been experiencing weird constipation where even soft stool needs to be pushed or squeezed out. I'm concerned these could be symptoms of ALS or MND. Should I get evaluated, and what could be causing these symptoms?
