Friends visiting from France have tested positive for COVID-19. They are 74 and 68 years old and have some heart issues. They are experiencing a cough but no shortness of breath or fever. They are currently taking a beta blocker, baby aspirin, and a statin. How can we get them evaluated for Paxlovid or other COVID-19 treatments, and what should we consider given their medical history and current symptoms?

A 45 lb dog landed elbow first on my barefoot pinky toe. How do I know if it's broken? It's been 24 hours, I can't walk on it without pain, it hurts to put on a shoe unless I have thick socks, it's visibly swollen and getting darker purple, and I've iced it and elevated it as much as possible. The pain feels as though the dog is still on my toe, like it's being crushed, and it was a burning searing pain yesterday. What should I do?
