I have been experiencing unusual biological samples coming out of my body, including a dead creature that looks like a freakish goldfish with tiny legs. I need to know how to properly preserve and transport this sample to a professional for diagnosis without it dissolving or deteriorating. Additionally, I am concerned about my own health as I have symptoms such as facial discoloration and internal abnormalities that no one seems to take seriously. What should I do to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment?

I want to know a full vegetarian diet including eggs that I can follow to get rid of fatigue. I recently recovered from muscle spasms through physiotherapy, but I still experience fatigue on and off. I have had blood work done, which was fine, but I am not taking a multivitamin and only take magnesium at night. What additional tests should I consider, and what dietary changes can help alleviate my fatigue?
