I have had a swollen lymph node in my neck near my ear for about 3 years. My primary care physician isn't concerned, but when I turn my neck too fast, I experience a pinched nerve sensation with hot burning on that side. I have also recently lost significant weight (from 155 lbs to 121 lbs in seven months) and am not hungry. Should I have a biopsy to ensure everything is okay?

I was recently diagnosed with acute bronchitis and prescribed a zpack, 20mg prednisone, and an albuterol inhaler. I'm experiencing chest tightness, sweating, anxiety, dizziness, lightheadedness, clamminess, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, and altered taste. How do you explain what chest tightness feels like, and how long until I feel relief from these symptoms? Are these symptoms normal for these medications, and can I take mucinex with them?
