Hello, about 13 days ago I was at Disney World and got quite ill with vomiting and diarrhea after eating pizza. This persisted for a few days (no vomiting, just diarrhea). I had one more vomiting episode 6 days later after overeating a bit. I haven't had diarrhea since but I do get a very slight queasy feeling now and again sometimes after eating and something after drinking liquids. No vomiting though. In 2015 I had an endoscopy that was clear except for mild chronic inactive gastritis. I had an abdominal/pelvic CT scan in 2017 and 2019 that were both clear in the GI tract and pancreas. Could this be something like stomach cancer or pancreatic cancer? Wouldn't these tests have seen that at this stage? I'm 39, non-smoker, slightly overweight, no family history.

My platelet count has been 500-618 since 2016. I don't have any symptoms and haven't talked to a doctor about cancer. My mom passed away from leukemia in 2008. Do you think I have cancer?

I had a Brazilian blowout done in May, followed by hair coloring a week later. Since then, I've felt more sensitive, with throbbing and pulsating sensations that have since gone away, but now I feel something when I push on my scalp. My hair also feels oilier faster. I'm concerned about nerve damage and whether my hair will grow out normally. What could be causing these sensations, and will the irritation go away?

Is it okay to ask about a bump found in the genital area? The bump just appeared about a week ago. I am 20 years old, not currently using any medications, and have a history of warts on my hands that were frozen off.

I was given amiodarone 200 mg 6 times a day for one week to help with my heart having too many extra beats. I'm 83 years old and my kidney function is between 27-35. After a week, the extra beats disappeared, so the drug was stopped by my GP. Since then, I have developed a rash all over my body and an itch that is driving me mad. It's now 3 months I've had this rash, and my GP did a biopsy which showed non-specific results. He can offer nothing else. What could be causing the rash, and what should I do for relief?
