Hello. Do you have someone that can help me with my rheumatology blood work? My rheumatologist would not read my blood work because it wasn't ordered by him. I've had chronic pain and such for years, I'm 42 years old, and I'm currently using many medications. The blood work concern I have is that I tested positive for ANA and nuclear speckled titer as well as cytoplasmic titer. Negative Rheumatoid factor. What does this indicate and what should I do next?

One week ago, I caught a stomach virus or food poisoning. I feel better but my diarrhea has not gone away. I still can't eat everything and due to the lack of absorption, I'm feeling more tired than normal. Why do I still have diarrhea? This has never happened to me before?

My baby is acting very tired, which is unusual for her. She wakes up and goes back to sleep within 10 minutes. This started yesterday night out of nowhere. She has also been experiencing bad diarrhea and vomiting her milk at least twice a day, but the diarrhea stopped on Monday. How long has your baby been dealing with the tiredness? Is this a repeating or first-time issue? Anything else in her medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I received the first dose of Pfizer vaccine 5 weeks ago and started feeling fatigue, strong sleepiness, and mild joint pain a week ago. Is this related to the vaccine, and could it be ME/CFS? Should I reschedule my second dose?
