Hello, I recently had a blood test for liver. In the past, all levels were fine, but this time I had a slight elevation in AST at 46. ALT was normal, as were all other tests. I had these tests done following what we believed to be gallbladder spasms. The spasms went away before ultrasound, which indicated nothing was wrong, and no stones present. I am having a follow-up blood test done in 9 days to see if levels have settled. But this has me worried (I have health anxiety and hate tests!). How concerned should I be?

I have a fistula that has connected to the uterus. Can it be repaired laparoscopically? I have had the fistula for two weeks and am taking cipro. I have not seen an OB/GYN about it yet, but I have seen a urologist who sent me for a CT scan. I also have diverticulosis, but I am not on any medication except for cipro.

I received a form from the California Department of Motor Vehicles stating I need a re-examination for my license due to a drug addiction I was unaware of. I became homeless and missed the notification, and today is my last day to address this or my license will be suspended, which would cost me my job as an Uber driver and food delivery guy. Where can I go to talk to a doctor who will take this seriously and provide a drug test to clear my name?
