I have been experiencing slight discomfort in my left arm, especially in my hand, with some slight tingling. I also have some discomfort in my chest and a general sense of uneasiness on my left side. I take medication for blood pressure, and my readings have ranged between 150/95 to 127/85. Is this heart-related, and should I be concerned?

I got the Moderna vaccine in my left arm 7 days ago. My lymph node in my left armpit is slightly enlarged (size of a grape) and tender. Is this a normal reaction to the vaccine, and should I expect this again after my second shot? Additionally, is it common for there to be some redness and a little rash in the area?

I'm a 31-year-old female with a history of multiple UTIs and a kidney infection that required a PICC line and a 7-day hospital stay. I recently experienced blood in my urine and small clots, and my urologist found my bladder to be extremely inflamed during a cystoscopy. My urine test came back negative for bacteria and cancer, but positive for occult blood. I'm scheduled for a CT scan with contrast and a bladder biopsy. Could this still be cancer despite a negative urine sample for cancer?
