How can I take better care of myself emotionally while still being a supportive parent to my adult child who is an addict and has significant mental health issues, especially when I feel I am being taken advantage of and struggle to maintain healthy boundaries?

I'm experiencing sharp pain in the middle of my chest and now also in the upper middle of my back. I take medications for depression, vitamin D, ADHD, and swelling around my optic nerves. I am 23 years old and have been experiencing chest pain since 9am this morning (CST) and upper back pain incrementally since then. The pain hasn't really changed, except talking a lot or movements make me feel like I'm out of breath or going to vomit. I haven't asked my primary care physician yet.

I have swelling on my right foot that has been going on for two days. There is tenderness but no pain. I am currently using Ibuprofen and I am 61 years old. There is no history of injury. What could be causing the swelling and what should I do?

I was sitting on an airplane and had my phone plugged into a portable charger brick. The cord accidentally got between my legs for a second or so and got caught on my testicles. My right testicle has bothered me since but I have high pain sensitivity. Do I need to be concerned about any long-term issue/any testicular issues from this, or should this get better on its own?

I've had a very sore back for a while after an accident, and recently, trying to force out my back pain made the lymph node in my groin angry, which then moved to my inner thigh, making it hard and tender, feeling like a bruise but with no visible symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?
