Hi. I had sex last night and I just now saw that there is a dry white papery substance inside my vagina. It’s not cum or discharge, but similar to when you bite skin off from inside your cheek—white-ish. Is this your first time reaching out for information about this? In general, how would you describe your overall health? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have been experiencing severe, constant pain in my side/upper right abdomen, which spreads to my back and sometimes feels like it spasms. I have had multiple medical tests, including bloodwork, ultrasounds, and an MRI, which have all come back normal. My doctor says I'm fine, but the pain is getting worse and is now affecting my daily life. Could this pain be related to my spine issues, and is there a possibility it could be cancer?
