I have neck pain, numbness on the left side, and additional symptoms such as shaking, numb and swollen pinkie toe, constant popping in my ears, and issues with my adult canine tooth not coming in properly due to the baby tooth not falling out. I have a history of smoking weed and cigarettes, a car crash a year ago, and a fall off a four-wheeler 9 months ago. What could be causing these issues and what should I do?

I've had pleurisy before and I feel like I have it again. I've had it for about a week and haven't used any medication for it. I have asthma and am currently taking anti-depressants. My symptoms include sharp pain on my right side under my boob, shortness of breath, pain when moving or lying down, and the pain has slowly started to move inward toward the center of my chest. Should I go to the ER?

I have been experiencing severe, constant pain in my side/upper right abdomen, which spreads to my back and sometimes feels like it spasms. I have had multiple medical tests, including bloodwork, ultrasounds, and an MRI, which have all come back normal. My doctor says I'm fine, but the pain is getting worse and is now affecting my daily life. Could this pain be related to my spine issues, and is there a possibility it could be cancer?
