I feel lightheaded and my balance is unsure. I have not used any medication for it and have not seen a doctor. This started yesterday on the golf course. I had a stent installed in 2008 and had a physical on 2/21/19 where everything was okay. I am 70 years old, have no other symptoms, and am taking Lipitor and 80 mg aspirin.

I have a sore throat and when I swallow my ear hurts. My sore throat started last week, and I've been taking flu medication and Advil for nasal and cold symptoms. I had flu symptoms initially but am better now, except for the throat and ear pain. I also have year-round allergies and am on medication for that. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the pain?
