How can I convince my hospital to grant me a COVID-19 vaccine exemption based on my history of allergies and autoimmune condition, especially since the vaccine is still considered experimental and I believe it could be harmful to me?

I have a skin rash on my torso and arms that first appeared about 6 days ago and has been increasing in numbers since then. The rash consists of red bumps, slightly elevated, with no itch, pain, or swelling. I have no known allergies or diseases, am in good physical condition, and am the only one in my household with this rash. I have no medications and have had a lot of stress for a long time. Could this be a stress-induced rash, and if so, how long should I expect it to last?

I had one Pfizer shot in January 2022 and contracted COVID shortly after. Since then, I've experienced various issues including right-side stomach pain, gastritis, severe allergies, fluid in the inner ear, numbness in my right shin and forearm, and concerns about blood clots or stroke. I'm scheduled to travel soon and am considering taking a baby aspirin. Should I take it, and should I see a chiropractor or a specialist like a neurologist or rheumatologist?

I drank 8 beers on July 16th, and before that, the last time I drank was June 9th. I have a PEth test on August 6th. I have been abstained from alcohol for the past 16 days. What are the chances of testing positive? I am 39 years old, 165 lbs, healthy, and not currently using any medications.
