My 22-year-old son is experiencing severe anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and has started using alcohol to relax and sleep. He is a straight-A student but struggles with concentration, and has also developed stomach problems. He is very intelligent and active, but his anxiety and alcohol use are affecting him negatively. He talks to me about his issues but doesn't take action. What could be causing his sudden change in behavior and how can he get help?
