How common is esophageal or throat cancer in people with LPR/GERD, and what are the significant symptoms that could indicate a higher risk of cancer? I have moderate LPR with minimal to no heartburn, perfect blood work, very low CRP, and have controlled LPR with diet, weight loss, and medications like Gaviscon UK and CBD oil. My main concern is the long-term risk of cancer due to having LPR for over 20 years.
