I have a shocking pain on the left side of my chest that radiates into my shoulder and upper arm. It started 3 days ago and keeps getting worse. I'm 64 years old with stage 4 lung cancer. The pain feels deep and I can't describe it well, but it's a 7 out of 10 on the pain scale. I also feel feverish, sweaty, and nauseous. I'm on oxygen. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
