How do I determine if I have appendicitis? I am 69 years old, on a statin and Sotolol, and have had sudden onset of consistent abdominal pain for 24 hours, heaviest on the left side of my abdomen, with nausea that went away after vomiting. I have no fever and the pain does not worsen with coughing or stamping my feet.

I'm a 36-year-old male with flu symptoms for a week, including a sore throat, coughing, and a runny nose. I recently experienced sweating, chills in my legs, a higher heart rate, and slight nausea after drinking milk with turmeric before bed. My temperature is normal.
