How do I know if my sore throat is from my GERD or a virus?

Over the past month, I have been experiencing fatigue, weight gain, and diarrhea. I exercise regularly, 5 times per week, and am 60 years old. I also have been having some hormonal issues such as hot flashes again. I am a female, my appetite is fine, and I have no aches other than what comes with exercise. My habits haven't changed at all. I had breast cancer in 2006, a double mastectomy, and no other health issues since then, other than heart arrhythmia that was treated. The diarrhea is typically first thing in the morning, and the only change in medication is a tincture of Sleep with valerian and melatonin. I don't feel any more stressed than normal. I'm experiencing more hot flashes and have always had sleep issues. The diarrhea reminds me of a time in my past when I had colitis. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a headache, backache, and my stomach feels like it's in knots. I had diarrhea on Friday and didn't eat much yesterday. Even a smoothie bothered my stomach today. What can I take for relief, and could these symptoms be related to having COVID two weeks ago?

I've been experiencing external hemorrhoids for the past three weeks. I'm 31 years old, work from home, and sit on a computer chair for about 10 hours a day. I'm not currently using any medications. What can be done to manage this condition?

I have been using a Neti Pot for sinus pressure, but I didn't clean it after each use and now I'm worried about potential infections. I used filtered water, boiled it, and added a salt packet. I also read about brain-eating bacteria from using contaminated water, which increased my anxiety. What should I do to ensure safety and reduce my anxiety?

I’m a professional trumpet player and there’s a spot on my lip that always grows a pimple. It’s right where I place my mouthpiece so it’s painful to play. I’ve been taking the day off to not irritate it, but it’s not ideal as I need to play shows this weekend. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it quickly? I will not be able to see a doctor before my show. I’m a 35-year-old woman. This has most recently come when I practice after not practicing for a while.
