I've noticed that my urine is a little cloudy and my vagina is swollen, with constant wetness causing a rash on my thighs. I have recently started using a new soap. What could be causing these issues and what can I do to alleviate them?

I am aged 64 and have psoriatic arthritis for which I take methotrexate, plasmoquine, celebrex, and tramacet. I frequently fall, either due to losing my balance or tripping. Could this be related to the medication I am taking? I have no other medical problems other than Barrett's Oesophagus, for which I take omeprezol.

I had a car accident nearly 5 months ago where I was rear-ended by a small pickup truck going about 60mph. About 10 days after the accident, I started having swelling in my abdomen, which has now spread to both legs, with the right leg being worse. I have an ileostomy and had a previous accident 12 years ago that caused seat belt trauma and herniated my ostomy. Now, after this second accident, I am experiencing similar problems with my ostomy and am more concerned about the swelling in my legs. The pain in my right leg is unbearable in the morning. I also have mesh in my pelvic area used to repair a ventral hernia and believe I have an infection in my pelvic area due to daily fevers. What kind of doctor should I see for this?

My right leg has started swelling under the knee around the calf area, but it starts in front. The swelling goes down when I put my leg up, but it is hurting, and I'm worried it might be something serious. I have no insurance.
