It is legal in my state. Will a 10-panel urine test detect Kratom, and how does it detect it if it is not illegal?

I recently switched from VSL#3 to Visbiome Unflavored Powder 450 billion bacteria per packet and noticed excessive saliva for the first week. My routine blood test showed WBC 2.6 and Neutrophils (Absolute) 832. Can these symptoms be side effects of the probiotic?

I was using Cipralex 20mg, then my doctor advised me to lower the dose to 15mg, then 10mg, then 5mg (and eventually stop it). After lowering the dose, I noticed some problems: pain in my lower back and a loss of feeling during orgasm when I masturbate. I'm currently taking 5mg and have had this problem for about a month. Can you help me with that? Is this from lowering the dose? Additionally, I went for a general check-up and found my SGPT level to be 90. Is this from Cipralex? I'm also taking multivitamins, vitamin D, and Glucosamine MSM. Is this risky? What should I do?

I want someone to interpret my rotator cuff MRI results. I am in a lot of pain and cannot see a doctor for another week. I have already tried physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medications, and a steroid shot from an orthopedic surgeon. I have the MRI images on a CD but no radiologist's report.
