My boyfriend touched various objects and then touched my lip. Can I get sick from that?

I had back surgery months ago and am experiencing constant, throbbing pain similar to what I felt before surgery. I'm managing the pain with over-the-counter Advil and Tylenol, alternating every 6 hours, and using biofreeze on my back, but it's not providing relief. I also experience increased fatigue. What could be causing this persistent pain, and what other treatments or medications might help?

I have had an upset stomach, some diarrhea, a headache, and nausea for a couple of days. It started with a stomach ache and a little diarrhea, now I have a stomach ache, headache, and feel nauseated. I do not have an appetite and haven't vomited but feel like I could. I have not traveled and do not have a fever, chills, or sweats. I work at a hotel and had been to work recently. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I had an anal fissure after giving birth to 2 kids. When I get constipated, I have a little bleeding but it stops when the bowel movement turns to normal. Should I be worried? Is this something normal or should I see a doctor? Additionally, I have a small hemorrhoids lump. But I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
