My hand has been shaking more than normal, especially when holding objects like a pen or a mug, and it gets worse after workouts. I recently started taking multivitamins, magnesium, and iron supplements. I also smoke (recently stopped), drink a lot of caffeine, and have bad anxiety. Could this be nerve damage, and is there anything I can do to stop the shaking?

I have pain in the inguinal area where I had hernia repair surgery before. The surgery was done in 1996 and a standard hernia mesh patch was used. There is no redness, but there is swelling on and off. The pain is moderate, around a 5 to 6 on a 1-10 scale, depending on the level of activity. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Does naproxen (Aleve) have a negative effect on nitrofurantoin mono-mcr? I am already taking nitrofurantoin mono-mcr and I just wanted to know if the Aleve, which I take daily, is compatible with it, as the directions with the nitrofurantoin mono-mcr are not clear.
